Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years of career growth in direct sales, demonstrating the ability to impact revenue targets. Experience selling SaaS products within the healthcare highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially within small to medium size Healthcare systems, including its dynamics, trends and challenges..
  • Proficiency in conducting market research,strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, and using sales tools for targeting potential clients to optimize output.
  • Demonstrated capability in leveraging innovation and emerging marketing and sales strategies, leading to increased generated leads, direct sales, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, fostering productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, achieving high satisfaction levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and a penchant for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required to engage and nurture relationships with direct customers, and actively attend industry events, expanding our network and driving success.
